When Diligent acquired the social media listening and monitoring platform Manzama, the acquisition created a unique branding challenge: How to update the Manzama visual identity to make it look and feel like Diligent without alienating existing subscribers.

The solution was a gradual shift into a new visual identity that began with adding an endorser line to the logo, lightening up layouts with increased whitespace and eliminating secondary marks in favor of using universal icons that could be used across brands.
